To place a home on order @ the factory
HOME PURCHASE CHECKLIST:
- Decide on a home plan design and budget.
- Complete Purchase and Sales Contract
- Aquire Bulding Permit (You will need a septic design, plot plan of your property and your plan to take to the code enforcement officer of your town.)
- We will need a copy of your deed
- We will need a letter of commitment from your lender with satisfactory appraisal. If the purchase is a cash sale, we need a letter from your financial institution indicating sufficient deposits to close the outstanding balance of your project.
